Why sell with us
Nearly year-round
Sundays at the City Hall lot from November to April, Saturdays at Pine Forest and Wednesdays at Heritage Square from May to October, plus the December Holiday Market. One application covers the season.
A real community
Thousands follow the market on Instagram, and we shout out vendors. You're joining a supportive maker community, not just renting a table.
Mission-aligned
Your booth helps fund the east-side and neighborhood markets that bring local food to more of Flagstaff. Selling here supports food equity.
How to apply
- 1
Fill out the vendor application (about ten minutes; it covers which dates you want, your licenses, and the fee option that fits you). Questions first? Email flagstaffmountaintownmarket@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram.
- 2
Meg reviews every application and confirms you by email or text. Registration is $100 for the year if you take more than ten dates or $10 per market; small, beginning growers, ranchers and bee keepers pay no registration fee. Do not pay anything until you hear from her.
- 3
Sort out any Arizona licenses or permits for what you sell; our plain-English permits guide walks you through it, and we'll help.
